Pavol Stefancik - aquascaper from the second biggest city in Slovakia (Kosice) the heart of Europe.
"Like everyone as a child, I loved aquariums, but I would never have thought that this hobby would draw me in again after so many years”
I got a lot of inspiration in this hobby from aquascapers like George Farmer, Jurijs, Oliver Knott, Japanese aquascapers and many many more talended aquascapers out there 🙂
I am very grateful for the opportunity to meet amazing people all over the world, this beautiful community I learn from and I want to continue to inspire people in this beautiful hobby, to spread and pass on every experience to the people who are interested”
I started my own page “GREEN SLOVAK THERAPY” on Instagram and Facebook in 2019 with the main key - to inspire, share and learn people with the same passion 🙂 I also have my YouTube channel, where I am trying to share this passion of Aquascaping as much as I can. I am also proud to be a part of CO2 artist group since April, 2021

Trained by the Grand Master Takashi Amano
Jojo Raquel
Jojo started his passion and love for aquascaping over 30 years ago keeping goldfishes and guppies..
His life changed when he read Takashi Amano’s Nature Aquarium World book and has been hooked ever since!
He recalls how in the 90's there weren't too many products and equipment available in the US and then over the years the hobby slowly crept into the US market and products started to become much more accessible,
He opened his first store Aquascapes in 2007. Aquascapes started as an aquarium fish and plant store that carried a variety of large and small fishes and plants. It has evolved into a very niche store that mainly focused on aquatic plants and fishes for the planted aquarium.
In 2009 he was invited to the IAPLC contest in Japan and jumped at the opportunity to go along. He had the opportunity to be part of a training class that was taught by Mr. Amano himself and has been attending the IAPLC ceremony as much as possible ever since.
